- Payment Methods: You can pay at designated meters, pay-by-plate machines, or use the HotSpot Parking App.
- Payment Hours: Payment is enforced Monday through Saturday. From April 1 to Oct 31, enforcement is 9:00am to 8:00pm. From Nov 1 to March 31, it is 9:00am to 6:00pm. Sundays and holidays are free.
